POLICIES & PROCEDURES
WEDDING DAY HAIRSTYLING:
Service takes approximately 20 to 45 minutes per person and scheduled accordingly. Bridal Party is expected to be ready for services as outlined in Contract Agreement.Client's hair must be 100% dry. One day shampooed hair is preferable. *DO NOT FLAT IRON HAIR* Clients that are booked for a blowout hair on day of event MUST BE WET. This is expected to be done in order for the stylists to do their job well and in a timely fashion.
On-site hair styling (women and men), makeup application, chair massage, natural nail services (manicure/french manicure), barber services.
A $250 nonrefundable deposit is required for weddings at time of signed contract. The remainder of fee is due 14 days prior to the event. Cash, cashier checks or credit cards are accepted method of payment. **Please note all events and services booked outside of weddings packages also require a non refundable deposit, the amount may very per event**
If you are booking a wedding within 30 days prior to the wedding date, payment is due IN FULL within 24 hours of booking. If payment is not made within 24 hours of booking the date with us, the date and time will be released for re-booking.
If the wedding and or event is 30 minutes late, an additional $50.00 late fee and $15 for every 15 minutes late thereafter will be assessed). If the scope of the original contract cannot be fulfilled due to client’s tardiness, services may be reduced; however, clients are liable for the original amount. If a wedding party is more than 1 hour late, the assumption will be that the client is a “no-show.” This will result in the client forfeiting all deposits and your credit card will be charged 100% of the total services. We apologize for any inconvenience but we must follow this policy out of respect for our stylist and other clients.
Additional hair needs:
Any services provided outside of the service agreement will be performed at the discretion of the business/manager. If outside services are rendered full payment is due at time of service. If additional people are added after signed contract, contracted rate applies per person and requires a revised contract with an additional retainer. Once start time has been determined and contract signed, this may not be changed without written permission including a revised signed contract. Royal Image, LLC will do it’s best to accommodate schedule change requests, however due to multiple bookings per day, this may not always be possible and original contracted time will stay in effect. Once contract is signed, no reduction in people receiving service is allowed. If reduction does occur, the balance due remain in full. Substituting people is allowed to fill number contracted in service agreement. No changes are permitted at all 2 weeks (14 days) prior to event.
All cancellations must be made in writing and require a 30 day notice prior to service date. Cancellation fee will be applied to the credit card associated with this contract and fees are as follows: 14-29 day notice will be charged 50% of the total event; 1-13 day notice will be charged 100% of the total. Cancellations due to emergencies on behalf of the client consideration will be on case by case basis per Royal Image, LLC owner’s discretion. Due to the nature of our business being outside, our chief concern rests with the safety of our clients, their guests and our Royal Image Beauty Bus staff. If cancellation due to inclement weather or circumstances out of Royal Image, LLC control, options for rescheduling will be given.
Weddings only ,Trial up do:
A trial up do is not required, but it is a great opportunity to get to know each other and create a personalized bridal look to compliment your style for your wedding. Your stylist may create one or more “styles” per booked appointment. Trial up-dos are charged at salon rates starting at $65.00.
Royal Image, LLC reserves the right to use photos taken of service being performed by said, Royal Image, LLC and staff. Photos will be used solely for advertisement purposes. The bride/groom party has the option to use our photographer to shoot friends and he entire wedding (inquire about fees) or purchase packages of photos that capture the special moments during Royal Image preparation portion. Due to limited space, the Royal Image Beauty Bus prohibits anyone outside of bridal party for boarding the beauty bus to take pictures or for any reason.
Holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day will be subject to a holiday premium of $150 per professional booked.
Travel fees apply for all travel 40 miles or more from business location ,1503 Main St, Grandview MO 64030, $1.25 per mile round trip.
Early arrival/ early start time:
For start time that requires travel 7 AM or earlier, business may require a hotel stay for all those rendering services. Hotel must be approved by manager and client.
Client assumes responsibility of hotel fee. Fees will be paid to Royal Image on day of service prior to service rendered.
All fees for parking, valet & tolls are the responsibility of the bride or contracted individual fees will be collected on day of service prior to service rendered.
Royal Image: (beauty bus)
Royal Image, LLC reserves the right to use photos taken of service being performed by said, Royal Image, LLC and staff. Photos will be used solely for advertisement purposes. The bride/bridal party has the option to use our photographer to shot the entire wedding. Inquire about fees or purchase packages of photos that capture the special moments during (Royal Image, LLC) preparation. Due to limited space the Royal Image Beauty Bus prohibits friends and family from boarding the beauty bus to take pictures or for any reason other than being serviced. This could distract professionals for rendering service to the fullest and hinder progress which may delay the event
